Grievance Process Overview
Step 1
Talk to Your Steward
Describe the issue to your union steward. They will help determine if a grievance is warranted.
Step 2
File an Informal Request
Submit an Informal Meeting Request form. Management has a set time to respond.
Step 3
File a Formal Grievance
If unresolved, file a Step 1 Grievance Form. Your steward will represent you throughout the process.
Step 4
Escalation
Unresolved grievances may proceed to higher steps or arbitration as outlined in the contract.
